Delivering worldwide Customer Centric change

 

Our customer identified Customer Centricity as one of 5 key “Focus Areas” for their Accelerated Developers Leadership Programme and reached out to Strive Group as subject experts to develop the content and facilitate the delivery of a series of events.

The 8 day event spread over 10 months attracted over 200 delegates (in cohorts of 50) from around the globe (US, Chile, Brazil, India, China, Europe). The event culminated in the development and implementation of Customer Centric change projects based on the learning from the event. In 2019 over 12 individual projects directly resulted from the work and many have gone on to be adopted by our customer with some exceptional examples of ROI.

During 2020, the event moved on-line to enable the continuation of the work in light of the Covid crisis. Using the Klaxoon platform, Strive Group created a unique learning community (Klaxoon Network) as a central resource for the participating cohorts that enabled in-depth study of the subject on-line supported by “Live” interactive events (FOIL: Facilitated On-Line Interactive Learning).

The learning outcomes to date have been exceptional with the Klaxoon Network being adopted to support future in-person “Live” learning.
