Embracing change through communication and collaboration

 

Our customer’s Field Services teams are stationed around the globe and, in 2019, were experiencing a great deal of change. Our customer reached out to Strive Group as a subject expert to develop a unique intervention around “Dealing With Change” to be rolled out at the Regional Field Service Conferences worldwide.  The aim was to explore change from the perspective of “Why change happens” through “How it happens” to “How it feels” and to ultimately learn to embrace change, or at least learn to expect and cope with it.

 
Training Event
 


Strive Groups team of trainers deployed globally to deliver a high impact, bespoke event that addressed the specific changes being experienced by these teams. The event enabled full expression of concerns and ambitions of the delegates and delivered perspective and tools for coping with and embracing change. This short event significantly shifted the mood around change in these teams, exposed the leadership team to how their people genuinely felt about how it was impacting them, and enabled rapid adoption and acceptance of new behaviours, responsibilities and practices.

In 2020, these teams were recognised for their incredible agility and adaptability in facilitation of “on the ground support” to their customers when other functions were limited by the severe travel restrictions imposed by Covid-19. These actions provided exceptional levels of service to customers in the most challenging of times.
