Apollo Endosurgery are a global medical devices manufacturer that operates trans-national teams. They were initially looking for a training partner that could provide a co-ordinated and wide ranging management and leadership development programme for their teams across all EMEA markets.
Tailored Learning Through Direct Engagement
To ensure Strive Group learning content met the exact needs of Apollo, a series of shadowing opportunities were organised where the Strive Group Learning & Development design team and trainers worked directly with managers and field teams and had the chance to meet and engage with some of their customers. This enabled Strive Group to design learning that was a perfect fit for the challenges and opportunities of Apollo’s unique trading environment.
Cultivating Team Wellbeing and Collaboration
Apollo are an innovative and agile organisation that means they genuinely care about the wellbeing and motivation of their teams. With Strive Group they had access to, and effectively applied the use of Appraisal 360º (a management 360º on-line service) and DISC (behavioural psychometrics) tools to bring their management group and colleagues to new levels of understanding, co-operation and collaboration.
With a relationship that extends back to 2011, the partnership has deepened and extended with Strive Group supporting learning, coaching and regional events delivered in the UK and across Europe.
