Strive Group were tasked with creating a luxury 5-star overseas Dealer of the Year Trip as part of an incentive scheme for the 10 top dealers and their partners. The trip needed to take place in October for a maximum duration of 3 nights and within 5 hours flight time of the UK.

We designed a luxury short break to the breath-taking and unspoilt ‘heel’ of Italy, the region of Puglia.   The trip included private helicopter airport transfers to the stunning 5-star hotel, Borgo Egnazia.  From here, guests enjoyed lunch at Masseria Papaperta, a wine tour in the heart of the Itria Valley, a private dinner on a spectacular rooftop in Monopoli, an exclusive catamaran to the world famous Polignano caves, lunch overlooking the most photographed view in Polignano.  The trip concluded with a gala dinner at Pasha, one of Puglia’s standout Michelin restaurants famous for Chef Maria Ciorella’s unique blend of the region’s rustic roots and Italy’s world class dishes.

Strive worked closely with Volvo to ensure a premium service from start to finish from initial concept, pre event organisation, online guest registration system, onsite events management as well as post event reporting.
