Volvo Retailer & Staff Conference
Uniting the brand and employee experience
Our task was to create the Volvo Annual Retailer & Staff Conference in an innovative & sustainable way to comfortably seat over 200 delegates per day in a contemporary, on brand environment, breaking the mould of the traditional conference layout. Each day held different objectives; day 1 to celebrate and motivate employees with a little bit of fun and team building added in, day 2 to again celebrate with Retailers and motivate them to build their businesses further during the next period of transition.
In addition to the conference we created an exclusive investor dinner and overnight for a select number of high profile guests within an hour’s drive of the chosen venue.
Strive created a dynamic and inclusive conference setting within Volvo’s state of the art Training and Development Centre in Daventry. We transformed the existing workshop facility into a contemporary conference venue by designing and building a transverse stage set allowing a dynamic and inclusive conference environment for all delegates. The stage set allowed for Volvo’s new product line up to be driven through enabling guests a close inspection of the new and exciting product range.
Delegates were provided with exclusive Swedish inspired catering throughout the event.
The exclusive investors dinner and overnight took place at Sopwell House within easy reach of Daventry where we continued the contemporary Swedish theme.
We worked closely with Volvo to successfully design and create the perfect setting to deliver key messages to internal and network staff.
Both delegates and Volvo Car UK were delighted with the results.
