A ‘first class’ employee experience celebration
Strive Group were required to build on the success of previous awards ceremonies by creating an evening event for 420 guests. The event celebrated the Volvo retail network and rewarded the top retailers and their partners for their contribution to Volvo Car UK sales targets for the year.
The event needed to take place in central London to include reception drinks, awards ceremony, fine dining gala dinner, content creation, full production and technical support, entertainment throughout the evening along with minimum 4-star accommodation for all guests within 15 minutes of the venue. The venue also needed to accommodate an external static car display.
Strive created a gala evening at The Brewery London located in the heart of the city with accommodation at the Montcalm Brewery, Montcalm Royal London House as well as South Place Hotel.
To capture the attention of the audience during pre-dinner drinks we provided an energetic and contemporary violin trio, edible mist, edible balloons as well as an edible bubble volcano!
After dinner the glitzy awards ceremony continued into the night culminating with a DJ and an outstanding performance by the live band, sing along sensation Massaoke!
