GenNorth is a socially conscious business focused on creating a sustainable future for people, place, communities and organisations. Following a successful rebrand with us the previous year, GenNorth returned to refresh their website in line with their new visual identity.

 
 

With a wide range of services and information to communicate, it was essential that the website delivered a clear and intuitive user journey. We began by mapping out a streamlined site structure that would guide visitors through GenNorth’s tailored service packages with clarity and ease. This was supported by a curated selection of stock imagery that added depth and professionalism to the design, while aligning with the brand’s values.

To enhance visual storytelling and support the communication of more complex ideas, we created a bespoke set of over 30 custom icons, Each icon was designed to align with the brand's tone and visual identity and to reflect GenNorth’s services and values. These were complemented by a series of carefully considered infographics, helping to break down abstract concepts into clear, accessible visuals. Together, these elements added clarity and cohesion to the user experience, making the site feel both informative and approachable.

 

We also designed and built a dedicated case study section and a dynamic news page. These areas allow the GenNorth team to share success stories and thought leadership, with the flexibility to update content themselves. This ongoing activity not only keeps the site fresh but also strengthens SEO performance.
