Fleet Order Hub Executive

Strive Group is expanding, and we are looking for the right candidate to join our growing Volvo Business Centre team.  

Working in the Business Support team as a Fleet Order Hub Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of vehicle orders. Overseeing the process from quote, order placement to invoice. You will collaborate closely with various departments, agents and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all Volvo vehicles while adhering to company policies and FCA guidelines.

  • Days / Hours of Work: Full time (37.5 hours a week) predominantly between the hours of Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm (some flexibility may be required outside of these hours) 

  • Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum  

Based at our Head Office in Harrogate, ability to work 1 or 2 days a week from home 

About the job:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, be able to self-motivate, pride themselves on their ability to lead by example & develop teams skills, prioritise tasks and have the desire to deliver exceptional service. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage vehicle quotes, ensuring accuracy  

  • Coordinate internally to verify quote specifications, pricing and options to ensure alignment with customer requests 

  • Generate requested customer quotes in line with internal processes and procedures 

Order Processing

  • Manage vehicle orders, ensuring accuracy and completion of order information 

  • Coordinate internally to verify order specifications, pricing and options to ensure alignment with customer requests 

  • Support and/or place requested customer orders in line with internal processes and procedures 

Documentation and Invoicing

  • Prepare and process vehicle invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established pricing and financial policies 

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements 

 What we need from you:

  • Retail Sales and/or Customer Care Administration Experience 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Good level of Excel skill 

  • Organised, reliable and results driven 

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated 

  • Adaptable and resilient to changing business needs 

  • Able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and pro-activity 

  • Capable of working to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail  

  • Understand the needs of the customer and the company
