Strive Group is expanding, and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. The team is responsible for supporting the growth of business sales through targeted activity of our clients B2B database. Working in the Business Support team as a Fleet Order Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of vehicle orders.
Our client is revolutionising the automotive industry with its commitment to sustainable performance, minimalist design and advanced technology. This year marks a pivotal moment for the brand, with the launch of two new car models and an intensified focus on delivering a world-class, customer-centric sales experience. Overseeing the process from enquiry, quote, order placement, to invoice. You will collaborate closely with various departments, agents and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all our client’s vehicles while adhering to company policies and FCA guidelines.

Days / Hours of Work: Full time (37.5 hours a week) predominantly between the hours of Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm (some flexibility may be required outside of these hours)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Based at our Head Office in Harrogate

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, be able to self-motivate, pride themselves on their ability to prioritise tasks and have the desire to deliver exceptional service.
Order Processing
Manage vehicle orders, ensuring accuracy and providing consistent pricing, specification and lead time information
Respond to all enquiries via telephone, email & system messaging capabilities with the aim of converting a quotation into an order
Coordinate internally to verify order specifications, pricing and options to ensure alignment with customer requests
Support and/or place requested customer orders in line with internal processes and procedures
Build rapport and collaborate with customers, our client’s network and internal colleagues through friendly and engaging communication
Documentation and Invoicing
Prepare and process vehicle invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established pricing and financial policies
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory
What we need from you :
Retail Sales and/or Customer Care Administration Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good level of Excel skill
Organised, reliable and results driven
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Adaptable and resilient to changing business needs
Able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and pro-activity
Capable of working to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Understand the needs of the customer and the company
