Days / Hours of Work: Part time (25 hours a week, 5 hours each working day). Open to discussions around a 4 day week.

Salary: £24,000 per annum based on full time 37.5 hours a week (pro rata for any other working pattern and hours)

Based at our Head Office in Harrogate, with potentially some working from home (subject to performance)

About the job:

The role of the Company Car Administrator is to process all company car orders on behalf of our client, by raising finance agreements for our client’s employees/retirees and their affiliates. Daily client reporting on returned agreements is required and all hard copies of agreements are collated and sent to the financing body monthly.  

The ideal candidate will have an ability to self-motivate, a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow process to the highest standard. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to rise to the challenge of liaising with customers and the client effectively and work within specific procedures and timeframes.  

  • Raise all weekly agreements received 

  • Report and keep records of all agreements raised and returned 

  • Follow all GDPR rules regarding data protection 

  • Contact individuals for outstanding agreements 

  • Pull agreements for finance company monthly  

  • Represent Strive Group to the highest standards
